Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Standard delivery time:
- 5–7 business days within Germany
- 9–12 business days within the EU (delivery times may vary depending on the destination country)
Net Shipping Costs
- Germany: €7.50
- EU: €15.00
Shipping & Liability
- Shipping is carried out exclusively as insured parcels.
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
- Delivery times are non-binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Femkit is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
- According to § 447 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the risk transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the shipping provider.
