GENERAL QUESTIONS

Who can shop with us?

This online shop is aimed exclusively at business customers (B2B). This includes retailers, boutiques, and other traders who wish to resell our products. Proof of commercial activity (e.g., trade license or VAT ID) is required.

How can I register?

To access our B2B online shop, please register using our registration form on the website. Please provide your company details, your VAT ID, and other relevant information. Once your details have been verified, we will activate your access.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, there is a minimum order value of €100.

ORDER & DELIVERY

How can I place an order?

Once your customer account has been activated, you can log in to our online shop, select products, and add them to your shopping cart. Finally, confirm your order via the checkout process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled as long as they have not yet been processed. To do so, contact our customer service at sales@femkit.de.

How long is the delivery time?

The standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within Germany. Delivery times may vary for deliveries abroad. You will find detailed information when placing your order or on your order confirmation.

PRODUCTS & QUALITY

What products do you offer?

We offer a selection of vintage-inspired women's outerwear, including dresses, blouses, skirts, vests, and other high-quality garments. Our collections combine timeless designs with modern sustainability.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Szczecin and Berlin.

What materials are used?

For the production of our collections, we primarily use high-quality deadstock materials from German and European manufacturers. Therefore, our collections are limited and only available for a limited time.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal and credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

When is payment due?

Unless otherwise agreed, the amount is due immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation.

What happens if payment is delayed?

In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest in accordance with Section 288 Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) at a rate of 9 percentage points above the base interest rate.

COMPLAINTS & RETURNS

What do I do if an item is damaged?

If an item is damaged or defective, please report this in writing to our customer service (sales@femkit.de) within 10 days of receipt. Please include your order number, a description, and photos of the defect.

Who bears the return costs?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will not accept postage-paid shipments.

Can I return items if they don't fit?

Since we exclusively conduct B2B transactions, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are only possible in the case of defects or by individual agreement.
