Refund policy

Cancellation, Defect Notification, and Return Shipping Costs

Since our online shop is exclusively intended for business customers (B2B), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs pursuant to § 312g (1) of the German Civil Code (BGB). However, a contract cancellation is possible if a defect is present in the delivered goods and is reported within the required timeframe.

Defect Notification and Inspection Period

The customer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for any defects. Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. If no timely defect notification is made, the goods shall be deemed contractually compliant and accepted (§ 377 of the German Commercial Code – HGB).

A withdrawal from the contract is only possible if a defect is identifiable and reported on time. Femkit reserves the right to inspect the goods and, at its discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return of the defective goods is required, the customer shall bear the shipping costs. Returns must be properly packaged and sent to the following address:

Please note that returns are only accepted after prior agreement with our customer service. Returns sent without prior written approval cannot be processed.

Procedure for Reporting a Defect

  • Report the defect in writing to our customer service within 7 days after receiving.
  • Please provide the following information: Order number, Description of the defect, Photo or proof of the defect (if possible)
  • After reviewing your request, our customer service will inform you about the next steps, including a possible return.

Important Information

  • The statutory warranty period is one year from delivery.
  • Returns must be sufficiently prepaid; freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
  • Femkit accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper packaging or shipping.
  • Note: This policy applies exclusively to B2B transactions and pertains to business customers as defined in § 14 BGB.
